I remember the night Ben and I sat in a restaurant in Cleburne and he told me about this idea he had for a vampire movie. I laughed and laughed when he got to the part in which he described how a slew of vampires would be killed with political ads (the kind mounted on wooden stakes and put in people's yards). A few years later, he's making it happen, shooting the movie in and around our small hometown in Texas:

Dang, when I was at college I had an idea for killing zombies in a movie using wooden sign posts like that. Man, now I need to start my screenplay over from scratch.
