WLUW had their 4th annual record fair at the Pulaski Park Fieldhouse this weekend. Highlights included hearing the Eastern European-influenced jazz punk marching band known as the
Black Bear Combo for the first time (check out their music
here) and picking up My Morning Jacket's
It Still Moves on vinyl. LaTonya aka
Gospel Gal scored several original 45s of early gospel and soul classics. We both agreed to start saving money now for next year's event.

So. I know you don't have sound on the computer-- BUT, if you get a chance, check out myspace.com/arogerswellsproject
It's my friend Mandy and her sister Christa (who just won a GMA of all things). It's pop-ish and fun and comes from two of the nicest women around.
Hi Lisa,
Just checking on what you've been up to lately, since we've been missing each other... Love, A.
