Cedarburg Wine and Harvest Festival

Wine, cheese curds, and giant caramel apples... need I say more? (Oh yeah! Rebecca won the grape stomping contest for having the most flair... bravo!)

i'm still not clear on what exactly a cheese curd is, to be honest. is it cheese in a partiucular shape? cheese of a particular variety?
